The boom in subdivisions in Brampton has been staggering over the last 10 years. The north end of the city, once quiet fields and farmland, has been transformed into neighbourhoods of new homes. But as the demand for new homes has increased, so has the demand for condos. Brampton features a number of condominium apartments, with a handful under development. Over the course of the next month or so, I will begin writing spotlights on each condo outlining the price ranges of the units as well as the featured amenities.

In the meantime, here are some pictures of a unit I took a few months back of a unit on Lisa St. This building is popular as it’s located next to a large mall, and is minutes from the highway. I am interested to buy an apartment or condo 2 bedroom with solarium or sun room on urgent basis near Bramplea, better for me if possible in Maple court, Hanover or Lisa street. Could you help me to buy within one month though it depends either I am getting approval for mortgage or not! Rukhsana
